WA is lucky to be away from all the BS [bull shit] of the world getting on with life way out west of the lucky country Australia. Continuing its government of Labour in line with national federal party. Proceeding with major development modernization of the city, shires, state for infrastructure, amenities, community services in expectation for a doubling or tripling of population in our children’s lifetimes.

Perth WA is doing it own business, having an economy of some small country. The west being the largest state, with a huge urban sprawl now over 150km’s long & growing. Acknowledged internationally as having unique attributes of natural resources, biodiversity, purity of lifestyle, personal & family safety, high educational standards, historical ancient lands, world class surfing & beaches. Also the offering of a city, suburban or regional lifestyle that is one of the highest living standard available anywhere win the world.

Since Covid the overview of Perth is very attractive being listed in the top 10 modern cities to live in the new 21st century. As the reality of where to live in a world of pandemics or wars. So now being in full focus new residents are flooding into WA backed up by east coast being over 50% more in price on property.

The last month has seen a less east coast investor action in WA which is a good thing for the locals.
